Junior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join the global marketing team of EviDenS de Beauté in Paris. Reporting to the Group Manager, you will support the development and launch of new cosmetics ranges within our high‑end portfolio, contributing to the brand’s innovation and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building the annual innovation plan, conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends.
• Perform specific studies on product ranges, track formula innovations (ingredients, complexes, textures) and analyse sell‑in/sell‑out performance and pricing.
• Create product concepts, define positioning, and develop marketing and launch presentations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with R&D in Japan, regulatory, purchasing, packaging, quality, logistics and graphic design teams, ensuring timelines are met.
• Define and execute 360° activation strategies in collaboration with communications, digital, web, trade, training and sales teams.
• Design visual campaigns for product launches together with creative agencies.
• Manage the existing catalogue, overseeing operational aspects of product lifecycle.
