Junior MEP & Facility Management Consultant – Paris

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate or young professional to join our Paris consulting team as a Junior MEP & Facility Management Consultant. You will support the analysis, optimisation and audit of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as facility‑management services for a variety of real‑estate projects across France and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in technical audits of HVAC, electrical installations and BMS performance.
• Provide second‑opinion analyses on energy‑saving measures, renewable integration and sustainable design alternatives.
• Help prepare, evaluate and optimise service specifications and contract documents.
• Support cost and service analyses to deliver efficient technical solutions.
• Participate in client presentations, stakeholder meetings and negotiation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in building services engineering, facility management, mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
• First professional experience (internship or full‑time) in an engineering office, construction site or FM environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and French; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical installations.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or other CAFM tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to energy‑modelling or technical analysis tools.
• Understanding of BIM and Lean methodology.
