Junior Legal Counsel – Distribution & Competition Law

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our Commerce, Distribution and Consumer Law team. You will provide practical legal guidance, ensure compliance, and support day‑to‑day business operations across distribution and competition matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise operational teams on distribution law and contract drafting.
• Implement and oversee the Group’s training programme on competition law.
• Provide daily operational legal support through a dedicated hotline for competition‑law issues.
• Draft, negotiate and update the company’s distribution contracts.
• Support teams with commercial, competition, consumer and general legal queries.
• Identify target teams for training and develop customised training modules.
• Create training content, prepare slides, facilitate sessions and train staff.
• Manage follow‑up with participants and prepare activity reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a legal counsel or in a similar advisory role, preferably in‑house.
• Proven ability to review and draft contracts.
• Familiarity with group standards and relevant legal requirements.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of competition and distribution law.
• Solid understanding of business law and commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Good organisational abilities.
