Junior Digital Outreach Officer

About the role

The Junior Digital Outreach Officer will join the Strategic Communications and Outreach Division of the OECD Directorate for Communications. Working closely with senior communicators, the officer will help translate the Organisation’s policy priorities into engaging digital content for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the annual communications plan.
• Assist in creating and publishing multimedia digital content across the OECD’s online platforms.
• Help amplify policy messages on social media and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of digital outreach performance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in public policy communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced international environment.
