Junior Data Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Operations Analyst to join Tech Pipeline’s delivery team. In this fully remote position you will help clients untangle siloed data, ensure information flows smoothly between systems, and keep reporting reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data audits to identify duplicates, formatting errors, and missing values.
• Clean and prepare datasets for downstream reporting.
• Configure logic that moves data between platforms (e.g., linking a CRM to a project‑management tool, creating automated triggers).
• Document new workflows and write clear user guides.
• Test configurations under various scenarios before deployment.

Required profile

• Curiosity about how digital tools interact and a focus on fixing root‑cause issues.
• Disciplined approach to handling large datasets.
• Basic experience with spreadsheet software and logical formulas.
• Strong written communication for creating easy‑to‑follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
