Junior Data Analyst – Strategy & Insights

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our Strategy & Insights France team. Reporting to an English‑speaking manager, you will work in a fast‑paced banking environment where data drives strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large structured data sets to generate actionable insights.
• Implement and monitor analytical models that track strategy performance and operational efficiency.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, define action plans, and develop data‑driven customer strategies.
• Conduct cross‑functional analysis covering portfolio performance, risk prediction, client profitability and more.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, dashboards and presentations for operational and management teams.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at national and international levels.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a Top 10 French Engineering School, specialised in Data, Economics or Project Management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to work in an international context.
• Previous experience (internships or apprenticeships) in data analysis, business intelligence or strategy, preferably in banking/finance.
• Strong quantitative mindset, structured working style and proven stakeholder‑influence skills.

What we offer

• Salary range €40,000 – €45,000 per year.
