Junior Data Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to support business and operational decision‑making. You will work with multiple data sources, turning raw information into clear insights that drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations that highlight key performance indicators, trends, and customer behaviour.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality‑assurance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify patterns, opportunities, risks, and improvement areas within large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on forecasting, performance measurement, and process optimisation initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Effective organisational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualisation software.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
