Junior Consultant

About the role

Korn Ferry is seeking a Junior Consultant to join its Total Rewards Advisory team. You will support a variety of client projects across sectors, helping organisations design and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in rewards audits, strategy design, and program implementation for all employee levels, including executive pay and sales compensation.
• Support classification and job‑grading projects using the Hay job evaluation methodology and Korn Ferry’s digital tools.
• Collaborate with French and international project teams, leveraging other Korn Ferry solutions as needed.
• Contribute to both operational and conceptual aspects of client engagements in the rewards area.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in total rewards and compensation consulting.
• Ability to work effectively in team settings and manage individual contributions under general direction.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Hay job evaluation methodology.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for compensation analysis.
