Junior BI Analyst

About the role

Pixel Systems is looking for a Junior BI Analyst to help a Paris‑based logistics client gain visibility into their shipping and warehouse operations. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate with senior developers to turn raw data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Extract data from various databases and third‑party software tools.
• Clean and format data to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track real‑time stock levels and other business goals.
• Write simple scripts or queries to move data between systems.
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in client databases.
• Explain data insights in plain English to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Assist the engineering team in understanding how the client uses their data.

Required profile

• Organized and detail‑oriented, with a passion for turning messy numbers into order.
• Comfortable working with numbers, logic, and basic database concepts.
• Strong written communication skills; able to explain findings clearly.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Foundational understanding of database structures.
