About the role

TransPerfect Language & Cultural Training is seeking a Japanese Language Trainer to deliver an in‑person language program for a client in Paris. The role starts in early October 2026 and is offered on a freelance basis.

Key responsibilities

Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training sessions.
Develop complementary course materials tailored to learners’ needs.
Assess language levels and create appropriate language content.
Engage learners, maintain motivation, and monitor progress.
Evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course.

Required profile

Native or native‑level proficiency in Japanese.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum of three years’ experience teaching Japanese.

Required skills

Knowledge of the corporate business environment.
Knowledge of a second language.
