IT Technician – Data Center Operations

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to support our client’s Internet Data Center (IDC) operations. The role involves on‑site technical work, incident handling and ensuring service level agreements are met. You will work closely with the client’s team to maintain a reliable data‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site IDC duties according to client specifications.
• Respond to incidents, execute work orders and temporary tasks while adhering to SLA requirements.
• Monitor the IDC environment, conduct routine inspections, identify risks and manage emergency incidents following established EOP processes.
• Use the ticketing system and follow SOP workflows to complete work orders with zero errors and full SLA compliance.
• Maintain and install IDC equipment such as switches, servers, cabling, and rack deployments; conduct site surveys, provide on‑site support and report issues.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher in a computer‑related discipline.
• Basic understanding of data‑center management and related industry practices.
• Ability to work on‑site with no visa or work‑restriction limitations.
• Proficiency in English (and local language) for communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Ticketing system operation.
