IT Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an IT Team Leader to provide outstanding customer service and technical support to our business partners in Lyon. You will oversee the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of a wide range of IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with global processes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair and maintain workstations, mobile devices, printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, VOIP, video‑conferencing, AV equipment, tape backup systems, networking gear and Wi‑Fi.
• Log, troubleshoot and resolve incidents using the incident management system (ServiceNow/ITSM).
• Coordinate with local BU IT leads, IT Service Center and external vendors to align priorities and improve first‑call resolution.
• Provide on‑call support, respond to incidents promptly and maintain a local asset inventory (computers, monitors, phones, laptops, iPads, UPS, etc.).
• Manage software requests for tools such as Articulate and SEMrush, and support testing of new hardware and software.
• Monitor PC orders, organize equipment returns and ensure proper documentation in tickets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
• Ability to work closely with business units, vendors and remote teams.
• Strong incident‑handling skills and familiarity with service‑level agreements.
• Willingness to provide on‑call coverage and maintain accurate asset records.

Required skills

• ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
• VOIP, video‑conferencing and AV equipment knowledge.
• Networking equipment and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Asset inventory management.
• Experience with Articulate and SEMrush software.
