IT Support Engineer – Executive Services

About the role

The IT Support Engineer provides high‑touch, white‑glove technology assistance to executive leadership, their assistants, and Chiefs of Staff in Paris. The role demands immediate issue resolution, proactive device management, and discreet support for meetings and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver priority, real‑time IT support to executives, understanding their device preferences and work habits.
• Manage hardware, software, network, and connectivity incidents using ServiceNow, responding through dedicated executive channels.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows laptops, macOS devices, iOS and Android smartphones/tablets, ensuring readiness for meetings, travel, and remote work.
• Provide white‑glove support for executive meetings and events, including AV equipment testing, network verification, and on‑demand assistance.
• Coordinate onsite support and collaborate with regional IT teams when executives travel globally.
• Handle support requests via a dedicated phone line, email, and Microsoft Teams while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting executive leadership with high‑touch IT services.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and build trusted relationships.
• Strong orientation toward proactive monitoring and rapid issue resolution.
