IT Support Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Coordinator to join our IT Infrastructure team in France. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to develop expertise in a modern enterprise environment while providing reliable support to both local and global colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for end‑users in France and worldwide, handling tickets via Jira Service Management.
• Create, modify, and deactivate accounts in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Microsoft 365, RingCentral, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Support identity and access management, including group management, role‑based access, and basic conditional‑access tasks.
• Troubleshoot desktop, application, identity, and connectivity issues; escalate to senior engineers when needed.
• Maintain Windows 11 workstations, Microsoft Teams, and RingCentral collaboration tools.
• Assist with endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune and PXE‑based imaging.
• Coordinate desk and PC move/add/change activities and on‑site hardware setup.
• Work with Operations to prepare, configure, and hand off equipment for field staff, track inventory, and manage returns.
• Contribute to equipment forecasting and procurement planning.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
