IT Specialist – Remote (France)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our international service team and support the installation and maintenance of RayCare, our oncology information system. The position is full‑time, home‑based in France, with regular travel to customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and support RayCare software and the underlying IT environment.
• Install and configure Windows Servers and workstations for customers.
• Provide remote and on‑site technical assistance, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, answering technical questions and designing IT solutions.
• Deliver customer training sessions both remotely and at on‑site locations.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in an IT service role.
• Strong technical background with the ability to travel and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Positive, service‑oriented attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Windows Server (2016 or newer) and Active Directory.
• Installation and support of hardware and Windows workstations.
• Citrix Virtual Apps or virtualization technologies (preferred).
• Familiarity with SQL Server, networking concepts, HL7 and DICOM (advantageous).
