IT Helpdesk Coordinator – Freelance (Paris)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Helpdesk Coordinator to join our growing consulting firm in Paris. This freelance position will act as the bridge between internal teams and the Group IT department, ensuring smooth handling of complex technical requests and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for internal teams and the Group IT department on advanced support tickets.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor a ticketing system with clear SLAs and resolution times.
• Lead cross‑functional IT projects: define business needs, draft specifications, coordinate with external providers and the Group IT team.
• Organise workshops, track deliverables, oversee user testing and manage deployment phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Level 1 IT support and/or IT project management, preferably in an SME or French subsidiary of an international group.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, dermatology or cosmetics sector is a plus.
• Fluent French and fluent Spanish or English.

What we offer

• Freelance contract with a gross annual salary of €35,000–€40,000, based on experience.
