IT Experience Intern

About the role

Anaplan, a provider of AI-infused scenario planning and analysis software, is looking for an IT Experience Intern to join its Paris office for a paid 6-month internship. The role gives university students interested in an IT career hands-on exposure to how a modern, fast-paced technology organization delivers IT services. You will shadow and work alongside the IT Experience team, building foundational skills under the mentorship of analysts and senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow and assist with frontline support for end-user laptops, tablets and mobile devices (Mac, Windows)
• Help log and update support tickets in ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system under supervision
• Support new-hire onboarding tasks such as equipment staging, setup and account provisioning
• Assist in keeping hardware and software asset records accurate
• Help prepare conference rooms and meeting technology for events
• Learn and follow documented procedures and runbooks for common support scenarios
• Take on small, well-defined projects or process-improvement tasks assigned by your mentor

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems
• No prior professional IT experience required; personal or coursework computer experience is a plus
• Fluency in French and English
• Interest in a career in IT support, infrastructure or a related field

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with Mac and/or Windows devices
• Some exposure to Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn ticketing systems and follow structured support workflows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
