IT Desktop Support Engineer – Onsite (Paris)

About the role

The company is looking for an on‑site IT Desktop Support Engineer to provide high‑quality technical assistance to office‑based staff in Paris. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and deploying end‑user computing devices while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SLA targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices using ServiceNow.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues across Windows 7/10 environments.
• Perform image deployment and OS upgrades using SCCM, AutoPilot, and VDI technologies (Citrix XenDesktop, Azure Cloud PC).
• Manage AV equipment for conference rooms, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Handle asset and inventory management, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and escalations.
• Support end‑users with Office 365, OneDrive, and endpoint security tools.

Required profile

• Basic experience in an IT support environment.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and ticketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
• ServiceNow ticketing system.
• SCCM and AutoPilot imaging tools.
• Citrix XenDesktop and Azure Cloud PC (VDI).
• Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) AV setup.
• Endpoint security solutions: McAfee, Cortex XDR.
• Office 365 and OneDrive administration.
• Mobile device support (iPhone, iPad, Android).
