Internship: Regulatory DRPCE / ATEX Dossiers (H/F)

About the role

Air Liquide France Industrie, which produces and markets industrial gases in France, is offering a 6-month internship starting in January 2027, based in Bagneux. You will join the Technical Regulatory Affairs team, reporting to the Technical Regulatory Manager, and help prepare regulatory dossiers for ALFI sites such as filling stations and hydrogen production units.

Key responsibilities

• Work with site managers, the HSEQ direction and specialist engineering offices on regulatory dossiers for ALFI sites
• Support the preparation and updating of the Document Relatif à la Protection Contre les Explosions (DRPCE)
• Carry out technical zoning calculations for explosive atmospheres (ATEX), especially for hydrogen and industrial gas installations, and draw the associated maps
• Use modelling tools and methods to assess effect distances and gas dispersion in case of leaks
• Take part in other studies and regulatory dossiers where needed
• Integrate into the Regulatory Affairs team through follow-up meetings, practice sharing and project management

Required profile

• Degree at Bac+5 level (engineering school or university master's) in industrial risk control, environmental issues, industrial processes or process chemistry
• Solid knowledge of technological risks and industrial processes
• Good writing skills, interpersonal skills with varied stakeholders and synthesis abilities
