International Social Media Lead

About the role

Paris Saint-Germain is looking for an International Social Media Lead to shape its digital presence across the Americas, Asia and MENA. You will translate the club’s global content strategy into locally resonant narratives while forging strategic partnerships that amplify the brand worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor international content agencies to ensure effective localization of global campaigns.
• Translate club‑wide creative briefs into market‑specific stories that maintain brand consistency.
• Drive collaboration across regions to share best practices, optimise performance and maximise content ROI.
• Own the digital strategy and execution for international marketing campaigns and seasonal activations.
• Oversee planning, coordination and performance tracking across multiple time zones.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with sports entities, cultural institutions, influencers and brands in target markets.
• Develop collaborative content partnerships that drive audience growth, engagement and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or Business Administration with a digital communication focus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content strategy, preferably with sports or international‑facing brands.
• Professional fluency in English and French.
• Proven experience managing agencies or stakeholders in cross‑cultural environments.
• Experience within a sports organisation, sports marketing agency or high‑profile global brand.
• Strong understanding of regional social platforms, audience behaviours and cultural nuances across the Americas, Asia and MENA.
