International HR & Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Based in Nancy, you will join Quipment’s dynamic HR team of eight professionals and become the primary operational HR partner for the company’s international subsidiaries. Reporting to the International HR Manager and working within the Global HR team, you will support managers and employees across multiple countries, ensuring a proactive and people‑focused HR service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes for international subsidiaries, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels and talent pools.
• Partner with recruitment vendors to align hiring expectations, timelines, and employer branding.
• Conduct remote interviews and assessments for diverse positions across geographies.
• Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle, providing market insights and candidate recommendations.
• Present Quipment’s culture, values, compensation packages, and benefits to prospective candidates.
• Prepare employment contracts and related documentation in collaboration with local stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international recruitment and HR operations.
• Ability to work effectively with managers and employees from different cultures.
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on continuous process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
