Internal Sales Representative – France

About the role

ChargePoint is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to drive its growth in France. You will manage inbound leads, generate new opportunities, and work closely with channel partners to deliver tailored EV‑charging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads, route larger deals to field sales or partners, and close suitable opportunities independently.
• Prospect new accounts through cold outreach, networking, and lead‑generation activities.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos that match ChargePoint solutions to customer challenges.
• Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to develop joint sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity tracking, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales leadership on lead quality, objections, and market trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of inside sales, business development, or related experience.
• Strong prospecting, lead‑qualification, and consultative‑selling abilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent French and professional‑level English.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or solution‑based selling preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
