Internal Communication Apprentice

About the role

Devoteam, a consulting firm focused on digital transformation, is looking for an Internal Communication apprentice to join its Group Strategy team. You will support the success of the group-wide strategy, Amplify, and work with a broad range of stakeholders. The start date is December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support content creation: articles, posts, briefs, scripts, slides, and review and refine presentations
• Shoot and edit internal videos, and use AI tools to improve content while keeping quality and editorial standards
• Maintain the group editorial calendar, coordinate posts with stakeholders, and publish on group-wide platforms
• Collect best practices, help prepare guidelines, and engage with the global internal communication community
• Organise recurring group and corporate internal events and help manage Intranet pages
• Update content on the Group Intranet (Google site)
• Report monthly on outputs, engagement and impact of internal communication channels and initiatives

Required profile

• Student in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (Communication, Business School or university)
• Native or bilingual English, written and spoken, including with high-level contacts
• Good understanding of technologies, tools and practices such as social media, community management, AI and email systems
• At least one previous experience (internship, apprenticeship, etc.) in communication
• Autonomy in writing, with a smart use of tech and AI tools while keeping quality and tone
• Rigorous attention to detail, proofreading and brand visual consistency

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) and/or Canva
• Community management and social media
