Insurance Legal Internship

About the role

Alan is looking for a motivated intern to join its Insurance Legal team in Paris. You will gain hands‑on experience in insurance law, regulatory monitoring, and compliance while supporting operational teams across the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor regulatory developments (ACPR, legislation, case law) and produce clear, actionable summaries for non‑legal teams.
  • Provide first‑level legal analysis to operational teams such as Care, Ops, Sales, and Product.
  • Maintain and enrich internal legal playbooks, regulatory summaries, and guidelines.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc legal analyses on topics like CCN compliance, the Évin Act, duty of advice, and portability.

Required profile

  • Enrolled in a Master 2 program in Insurance Law or Social Protection Law.
  • Strong foundation in group insurance and social protection regulations.
  • Excellent written communication: concise, jargon‑free, and actionable for non‑lawyers.
  • Curious and proactive, able to research independently and ask pertinent questions.
