Inside Sales Representative (Paris)

About the role

Figma is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join its new team in Paris. You will help existing customers scale, manage requests and close deals from a large book of accounts, while building knowledge of the product platform and internal sales processes. You will partner with Support, Order Management and Marketing, and qualify and route inbound prospects to an Account Executive. This is a full-time role based at the Paris Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customer accounts by email, Zoom and Ironclad about the Figma platform and pricing
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, such as adding products or licenses, creating new instances and upgrading to the Enterprise Plan
• Manage inbound billing requests, such as renewals and changes to payment terms or method
• Close targeted outbound account renewals
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests
• Partner with Marketing on proactive campaigns that drive expansion and retention across all products

Required profile

• Desire to build a career in Sales, aiming eventually for Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive roles
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products, processes and policies
• Curious, adaptable and able to thrive in frequent change
• Experience collaborating across teams such as Sales, Support, Billing and Marketing

B2B SaaS experience and customer-facing sales or support experience are a plus. Candidates are asked to keep their cameras on during video interviews and to attend in-person onboarding once hired.
