Ingénieur PMO & Power BI (H/F)

About the role

Join SOM Rhône-Alpes in Lyon as a PMO Engineer specialized in Power BI. You will work on the client site, supporting nuclear projects by designing, building and maintaining KPI dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers and Group Leaders in defining operational KPIs.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards covering HR, workforce management, budget tracking and other areas.
• Prepare, lead and document weekly project progress meetings focused on indicators and Power BI/Excel tools.
• Enhance Excel files by improving interfaces, simplifying structures and developing advanced formulas.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (or equivalent Bac+5) in project management/PMO.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong relational and writing skills, high rigor, autonomy, organization and teamwork.
