About the role

The Method Engineer works under the supervision of the Industrialization Manager, driving continuous improvement initiatives and guaranteeing industrial performance. The role focuses on re‑engineering production processes to achieve shorter cycle times and higher efficiency. By steering these improvement projects, the engineer ensures that manufacturing operations meet the company’s performance standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
Conduct re‑engineering projects of production processes to reduce cycle times.
Ensure overall industrial performance in collaboration with the Industrialization Manager.

Required profile

Reports directly to the Industrialization Manager.
