About the role

Tekever is looking for an Industrial Electronics Engineer to lead a team of operators, coordinate with development, integration and flight‑test departments, and ensure high‑quality electronic production for its projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of operators and coordinate activities with development, integration and flight‑test services.
• Design and size analog and digital printed circuit boards using Eagle or Altium.
• Utilise test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and logic analyzers.
• Program micro‑controllers and oversee quality assurance to meet required standards.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions, respect production and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure workplace safety, maintain a clean and organised work area, and supervise electronic subcontractors.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in electronics, electrotechnics, automotive or physics.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.
• Resilience, proactivity and dynamism.
• English level B2 (Portuguese is a plus).
