About the role

The Commercial Engineer for Distribution will join the Distribution Sales channel and work in line with the company’s commercial policy. Based in the Rhône‑Alpes region, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients within your territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial action plans to increase sales and market share.
  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Identify and acquire new customers to expand the portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align offers with customer needs.

Required profile

  • Background in commercial engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in distribution sales or a similar B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
