Infrastructure & Project Finance Manager

About the role

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our pan‑European Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance team as a Manager. Based in Paris, you will take an active role in structuring and executing infrastructure and energy transactions across Europe and other geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and execution of infrastructure and energy transactions, including public tenders, private financing and refinancing across Europe and beyond.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day execution of projects, covering financial modelling, financial structuring, financing documentation and client, lender and investor communications.
• Develop presentations and reports such as teasers, information memoranda and financial analyses for debt‑raising processes.
• Manage the overall deal process on live transactions and projects.
• Contribute to the commercial development of Eight Advisory by originating advisory mandates and supporting marketing activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration or business economics.
• 5‑8 years of experience in infrastructure, energy, project finance or M&A within banks, DFIs, consultancies, asset managers or investment banks.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and strong financial modelling expertise.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to tackle challenging projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to work on cross‑border assignments.
