Influence Marketing Manager (Permanent)

About the role

Cozycozy is scaling its influencer marketing across multiple international markets. As the Influence Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Influence, Social & Communications Lead to execute creator‑driven campaigns that boost brand awareness and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and outreach relevant influencers, creators, agencies and UGC profiles in various markets.
• Manage end‑to‑end creator communication: email outreach, follow‑ups, briefing, script writing and content collection.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, posting dates, deliverables, approvals, usage rights and performance tracking.
• Write clear briefs and scripts that translate campaign goals, brand guidelines and trend insights into actionable creator instructions.
• Turn paid‑social learnings and performance data into concrete creator requests to improve future content.
• Maintain influencer databases, outreach trackers and campaign performance reports.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and creative with strong project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills for briefing and script creation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within an international, fast‑growing team.
