Infirmier/ère en soins généraux (IDE) – CDD 60%

About the role

The Association ALHPI is seeking a state‑registered nurse (IDE) on a 60% schedule for its SAMSAH Elan service. The position is a fixed‑term contract running until 31 / 12 / 2026, based in Sassenage, France. SAMSAH Elan supports adults with psychiatric or cerebral disabilities in achieving autonomous living, inclusion, and improved quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, formalise, implement and evaluate personalised care projects for users.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team interventions and external partners.
• Regularly assess users' health needs, both psychiatric and somatic.
• Conduct individual follow‑up interviews.
• Provide preventive and curative support, promoting health education on treatment, nutrition, sexuality, addiction and self‑image.
• Participate in group health‑education activities.
• Lead multi‑professional and partnership‑based medico‑social interventions.

Required profile

• State‑certified nurse (Diplôme d’État d’Infirmier).
• Ethical approach with respect for individuality and diversity.
• Empathy, active listening, confidentiality and benevolence.
• Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proactive, creative and able to propose solutions.
