About the role

Our client is a recognized specialist in the care of patients with chronic conditions treated with external pumps, with a strong commitment to quality and patient‑centered care. As a Parkinson nurse consultant, you will provide home‑based support to individuals living with Parkinson's disease.

Key responsibilities

Visit patients at their homes to deliver nursing care and guidance.
Assist patients in the management and monitoring of external pump therapy.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and maintain high standards of quality.
Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Required profile

Registered nurse (Infirmier) with experience in chronic disease management.
Special interest or training in Parkinson's disease care.
Ability to work autonomously in a home‑care setting.
