Industrial TCE Project Manager (M/F)

About the role

As an Industrial TCE Project Manager, you will join the technical team and lead projects for the New Works and Maintenance department. You will be responsible for coordinating mechanical and all‑trade projects from the early design stage through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preliminary design phase (Avant‑Projet Sommaire) for new and maintenance projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical and economic viability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between mechanical, civil and other trade disciplines.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project documentation to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Proven experience in managing industrial or construction projects involving multiple trades.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate project feasibility.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
