Industrial Multi-skilled Operator (H/F)

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Multi‑skilled Operator to join our production workshop. Working under the Workshop Manager, you will take part in the manufacturing of technical parts while ensuring compliance with production procedures and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Mix raw materials according to defined recipes and procedures.
• Produce components using compression and injection molding presses.
• Apply manufacturing instructions, perform deburring and finishing operations.
• Carry out adhesive application, painting and assembly tasks.
• Complete production tracking documents and manufacturing sheets.
• Monitor the proper functioning of equipment and tooling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with safety rules.

Required profile

• Serious, committed individual who enjoys manual work in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read, understand and rigorously apply manufacturing procedures and technical instructions.
• Demonstrates reliability, rigor and a strong team spirit.
• Previous experience in industry, rubber processing or technical part manufacturing is a plus.
