Industrial Manager – Aircraft Connectivity Demonstrator

About the role

Join Airbus UpNext to lead the Industrial Management of the Aircraft Connectivity Demonstrator, a strategic project that accelerates new technologies for future aviation connectivity. Based in Toulouse, you will work in a startup‑like environment while leveraging Airbus expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement and partnership activities, including supplier identification, contract negotiation, and schedule follow‑up.
• Coordinate the preparation and integration of ground, air, and road benches, ensuring consistency across all industrial configurations.
• Maintain operational interfaces with suppliers, handling delivery, after‑sales support and performance monitoring.
• Consolidate the industrial baseline and guarantee alignment of all demonstrator components.

Required profile

• Strong experience in procurement contract management, negotiation and supplier schedule management.
• Background in complex engineering projects, preferably with knowledge of aircraft architecture, integration or modification.
• Ability to take initiative, work autonomously and adapt to an international, diverse team.
• Fluent English at negotiation level and a passion for technology and innovation.
