Industrial Equipment Project Manager

About the role

The Industrial Equipment Project Manager is responsible for delivering investment projects and acquiring industrial means that meet internal client specifications while respecting allocated budgets. The role covers the full project lifecycle from technical specifications to the end of the warranty period.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with internal clients to understand expectations and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide input data for pre‑studies, cost estimates, and sizing.
• Prepare tender dossiers and participate in the tender process according to General Procurement procedures.
• Define, implement and lead the project team, including matrixed resources from other functions.
• Plan and coordinate studies and works, ensuring compliance with legal, environmental and safety directives.
• Monitor and control CAPEX and OPEX budgets, guaranteeing cost planning and reporting.
• Ensure documentation reliability, maintainability of new equipment, and integration of lessons learned.
• Conduct active risk and opportunity management and maintain a technology watch and supplier network.

Required profile

• Professional experience in managing complex industrial investment projects.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of legal, environmental and safety requirements in industrial settings.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and meeting performance expectations.
