Inbound Sales Representative – TV/Marketing (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced inbound sales professional to close high‑ticket TV media packages for small businesses. You will consult directly with business owners, helping them turn documentary‑style videos into powerful marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Attend 16 inbound Zoom calls per day, each lasting 30 minutes, with camera on and professional demeanor.
• Sell TV media packages ranging from $10k to $100k, focusing on consultative, ethical selling.
• Update the CRM after each call, send follow‑up SMS, and complete daily reports.
• Participate in daily morning training sessions and adhere to performance KPIs.
• Maintain a full calendar of booked calls provided by the inbound system.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in high‑ticket or B2B environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet commission‑based targets.
• Comfortable using video conferencing tools and managing a professional home office setup.
• Strong consultative selling mindset without high‑pressure tactics.
