Implementation Consultant (French)

About the role

Base. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join its France team and help new e‑commerce clients adopt the Base platform. You will guide projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring smooth configuration and integration of complex workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of new clients, from kickoff to operational launch.
• Configure product and order workflows, business rules, automations and synchronisations.
• Design custom solutions with a focus on complex system architecture and advanced configurations.
• Support external integrations (ERP, PIM, CMS, marketplaces, carriers, payment solutions) including data exchange, business mapping, testing and validation.
• Provide ongoing technical and functional support during and after deployment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Tech teams to align on client needs and contribute to product evolution.
• Document, optimise and standardise implementation processes.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing attitude with excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site at client locations, including offices and warehouses.
• Solution‑oriented, pragmatic mindset with the ability to quickly identify resolution paths.
• Proven experience in project management, from scoping to deployment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of e‑commerce, ERP, logistics and SaaS environments.
• Extensive experience in system integration.
• Technical mindset capable of designing and understanding complex architectures.
• Basic coding knowledge (a plus).
