Human Resources Business Partner – 8‑month Fixed‑Term (m/f)

About the role

Airbus UpNext is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its fast‑paced, technology‑focused incubator. This 8‑month fixed‑term position will be based in Toulouse (Saint‑Martin du Touch) and will work closely with the HR Director and local leaders to ensure smooth HR operations across France, Spain and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Coach project teams on HR best practices and team dynamics.
• Design and pilot new HR policies within the UpNext test environment.
• Deliver end‑to‑end HR operations, including onboarding, off‑boarding and personal administration.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations in France, Spain and Germany.
• Support recruitment processes and maintain compensation structure consistency.
• Contribute to financial forecasting for resources, compensation, benefits and training.
• Prepare and adapt contractual templates and other legal documents.
• Promote people development, health & safety culture and internal communications.
• Maintain constructive dialogue with staff representatives.
• Travel within Europe on a quarterly basis (1‑2 days per trip).

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to anticipate HR needs.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑changing, international environment.
• Knowledge of French, Spanish and German labour law is a plus.
