HSE Manager – Fixed-Term 1 Year (H/F)

About the role

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global leader in pharmaceutical expertise and dermo-cosmetics, is looking for an HSE manager for a one-year fixed-term position in Corrèze. Reporting to the establishment director, you will adapt the Group's risk prevention policy to the site around three pillars: safety of people, safety of goods and environmental safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prevention and control: audits, document unique, accident/incident analysis and action plans
• Safety management: reporting, frequency/severity indicators, relations with the CSSCT, occupational health services and the CRAM
• Environment: ICPE files, waste management, regulatory monitoring, energy transition and administrative declarations
• Training: safety training plan, onboarding of new arrivals and authorisations
• General services: follow-up of cleaning, security and landscaping providers
• Regulatory compliance analysis and corrective action plans

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (HSE engineer/master) or a specialised professional degree with significant experience as an HSE manager
• Confirmed safety and environment experience, ideally in an industrial or logistics setting
• Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical or food industry is an advantage
• Team spirit, rigour, autonomy, good oral and written communication and a keen sense of safety

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Labour Code and Environmental Code
• Office suite; Tennaxia is a plus
• A quality-certified sector is appreciated
