HR Specialist

About the role

Sulzer France is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to join its Human Resources team. You will support a broad range of HR activities, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and French labor legislation.
• Support HR projects such as performance management cycles, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
• Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and new‑hire documentation.
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and propose improvements.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• High professionalism, discretion with confidential information, and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
