HR Manager – Ingredients (France & LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our Ingredients business across France and Latin America. Based in Mougins, you will act as a trusted HR partner, aligning people strategy with business growth and fostering a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into HR solutions, including workforce planning and organizational design.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and succession planning for the France & LATAM scope.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Oversee HR administration, compensation reviews, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support leadership development, coaching managers to build high‑performing teams.
• Drive employee engagement, internal communication, and cultural initiatives across geographies.
• Contribute to regional HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of French and Latin American labor legislation.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex, cross‑cultural projects.
• Excellent judgment, people‑first mindset, and commitment to ethical workplace practices.
