HR Learning & Development Apprentice

About the role

Join Constellium’s HR team as a Learning & Development Apprentice and gain hands‑on experience in corporate training, employee development, and internal communication. You will work closely with both corporate and local HR teams to support the design, delivery, and promotion of learning initiatives across a global, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organising and coordinating global training events, handling logistics, scheduling, participant communication, and venue bookings.
• Support the visibility and adoption of development programmes through creative communication, intranet updates, and LinkedIn content.
• Maintain training records in the Learning Management System (LMS), set up virtual sessions, track enrolments, send reminders and monitor attendance.
• Contribute to digital learning projects, including the creation and design of e‑learning modules and uploading content to the LMS.
• Help prepare documentation for internal or external audits related to learning activities.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Willingness to work in an international, multicultural setting and communicate fluently in both French and English.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
