HR Business Partner – EMEA

About the role

Vilmorin-Mikado is seeking a dynamic International HR Business Partner to drive HR operational excellence across its EMEA subsidiaries. Reporting to the worldwide HR Director, you will act as the bridge between headquarters and local teams, ensuring consistent HR policy deployment and fostering employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and monitor the global HR strategy for the EMEA region.
• Ensure correct implementation of HR policies and practices across all subsidiaries.
• Guide, mentor and support local HR teams and managers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between HQ and subsidiaries, coaching managers through key HR processes.
• Own all HR reporting for the assigned perimeter.
• Partner with business teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Act as the EMEA HR referent and ambassador on all HR topics.
• Provide operational and strategic support for international mobility cases.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
• Fluency in English; French or additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
• Proven ability to combine strategic vision with operational expertise.
• Strong influence skills without direct authority and comfort working in diverse, international environments.
