About the role

Join the LOISIUM Hôtel & Spa Champagne team in Mutigny as a Front Desk Hostess and Dining Room Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for restaurant guests, representing the brand and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with courtesy, smile and professionalism.
• Manage restaurant reservations via phone, email and internal tools.
• Escort guests to their tables and present the restaurant concept.
• Coordinate arrivals with the dining floor and kitchen, optimizing the seating plan with the floor manager.
• Inform staff of special guest requirements (VIP, allergies, events).
• Assist in setting up the dining area, including table dressing, cleaning and equipment preparation.
• Serve food and beverages under the guidance of the senior server.
• Clear and reset tables during and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception and dining areas, upholding the establishment’s image and standards.

Required profile

• Formal training in hospitality, tourism or related field is appreciated.
• Previous experience in front‑desk, reception or restaurant service, preferably in a high‑end venue.
• Excellent presentation, natural smile and strong service orientation.
• Good relational skills, discretion, diplomacy and professionalism.
• Team spirit, attention to detail and ability to work flexible hours (midday/evening shifts, weekends, holidays).
