Hôte/Hôtesse Service Après‑Vente (SAV)

About the role

Conforama in Quimper is looking for a friendly and organized host/hostess to join its After‑Sales (SAV) team. You will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance after their purchase, both in‑store and by phone.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the SAV department and answer incoming calls.
• Identify customer needs, record complaints, repair requests, and returns.
• Track each case, keep customers informed about the status of their request.
• Coordinate product pick‑up, repair, and return processes.
• Handle exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims according to company procedures.
• Liaise with store departments, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate administrative records related to SAV activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the interaction.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; a customer‑focused attitude is essential.
• Good communication skills in French, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work 35 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Reliability and a professional demeanor when handling complaints.
