Hospital Delegate – Biological Products

About the role

Dr Reddy's is looking for a dynamic Hospital Delegate to promote its biotherapy portfolio to physicians in rheumatology and oncology. Based in Milan, you will act as the primary link between the company and key medical professionals, ensuring they are well‑informed about the latest therapeutic advances.

Key responsibilities

• Promote biotherapy products to rheumatologists, oncologists and other physicians through presentations and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, providing ongoing scientific support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and report on promotion outcomes.
• Educate physicians on product benefits, proper use and develop educational materials.
• Ensure all activities comply with local, national and international regulations and uphold high ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (2‑year degree); advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of medical sales experience in rheumatology and oncology.
• Deep understanding of biotherapy products, regulatory environment and clinical applications.
