Head of South-East Region (France)

About the role

Ussunday is looking for a dynamic leader to head its South‑East France region. You will own the commercial performance of the territory, driving net revenue growth while shaping the local go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build, recruit and scale a high‑performing regional commercial team, including sales and account‑management functions.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Team Lead to define targets, strengthen execution and ensure quota attainment.
• Develop an Account Management team focused on onboarding, upselling, retention and churn reduction.
• Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with restaurateurs and act as the voice of the region to product, tech, RevOps and pricing teams.
• Adapt commercial strategy to local market specifics, culture and channel preferences.
• Set OKRs aligned with company priorities, run weekly and pipeline reviews, and provide data‑driven KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing sales and/or account‑management teams.
• Ability to design, iterate and scale commercial structures from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in pipeline management, forecasting and KPI ownership.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and hands‑on attitude.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
