Head of Sales Operations

About the role

Skeleton is seeking a driven Head of Sales Operations to build the operational backbone of its European commercial organisation. You will enable sales teams to sell high‑power energy storage solutions faster and more effectively across data centre, grid and defence applications, without carrying a sales quota yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end commercial operating rhythm, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting and weekly review structures.
• Build a single source of truth for commercial data, turning sales and market information into actionable insights.
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks, standardise effective processes and increase predictability of the commercial function.
• Translate company strategy into commercial OKRs and drive execution of process‑improvement initiatives.
• Keep the commercial team organised and aligned, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and deadlines met.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance and leadership to ensure smooth hand‑over to operations post‑close.
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to implement direction and represent the state of the commercial operation.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, commercial or revenue operations, ideally in a high‑growth, scale‑up environment.
• Data‑ and process‑driven mindset with deep understanding of sales processes.
• Experience in a hardware‑oriented technology company is a strong plus, though software backgrounds are also welcome.
